Over the past six years, I've built and managed the operational backbone for e-commerce brands, online education companies, SaaS products, and digital agencies. I've managed closer and setter teams, architected payment systems on Stripe, designed student onboarding flows, deployed AI voice agents for lead qualification, and built full websites from scratch — all within the same role.
